Public Statement Condemning AG-GAG Laws
In response to the proposed “AG-GAG” bills that were being introduced around the United States of America, many different interest groups (including those in civil liberties, public health, food safety, etc” created a short statement summarizing the dangers of these laws, followed by their “signatures” as organizations. The signed public statement acts as a petition from a specific group of organizations, and demonstrates the amount of people who are against these laws. By creating signed public statements such as this one, organizations can take power peacefully, and outwardly state their disinterest for bills such as AG-GAGs to be passed.
